Request a rescue. Any animal, any location, any time. Request a rescue and the PETCARE Community Volunteers team will respond. Please call (518)-227-7771 to request a rescue by phone. PETCARE Community rescues all animals including those animals in shelters waiting to be euthanized. No excuses, no exceptions.
